Returns policy

Return Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. A Customer who is a Consumer and has entered into a distance sales contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2. Returned goods must not show any signs of use.

  2. Withdrawal Period
2.1. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer received the goods.
2.2. To exercise the right of return, the Consumer should submit a statement of withdrawal to the Seller – this can be done via the contact form available on the Seller's website.
2.3. Upon receipt of the notification, the Seller will send instructions regarding the return of the goods.
2.4. Sending the statement before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

  3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1. In the event of withdrawal from a sales contract, it is considered not concluded.
3.2. If the Consumer submitted a statement of withdrawal before the Seller accepted the offer, the offer ceases to be binding.

  4. Refunds
4.1. The Seller undertakes to refund all payments made by the Consumer immediately, but no later than 14 days from receiving the statement of withdrawal.
4.2. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of their dispatch is provided – whichever occurs first.
4.3. If the Consumer chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard option offered by the Seller, they are not entitled to a refund of the additional costs incurred.

  5. Return of Goods
5.1. The Consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of reporting the withdrawal from the contract.
5.2. Sending the shipment before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
5.3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer, unless the Seller has agreed to cover it.
5.4. If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary postal mail, the Seller informs the Consumer about the return costs on the store's website.

  6. Consumer's Responsibility
6.1. The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to ascertain their characteristics, functions, and operation.

  7. Method of Refund
7.1. Refunds are made using the same method by which the Consumer made the payment, unless the Consumer agrees to another refund method.
7.2. In the case of choosing another refund method, no additional costs may be charged.

  8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
8.1. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the Consumer in the case of:

    • goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
    • products delivered in sealed packaging which, after opening, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  9. Application of Regulations to Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights
9.1. The provisions concerning the Consumer also apply to natural persons conducting business activity if the concluded contract does not have a professional nature for them, as indicated by the subject of activity disclosed in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
